Over the past 15 years we have registered thousands of jobs and built up excellent relationships with the hiring managers within the pensions industry.  We work with pension and employee benefit Consultants, in-house pension departments, third-party administrators, providers and corporate IFAs.  We have placed many pension professionals in jobs where they have now flourished in their careers.

You will work with a qualified pension recruitment consultant, Jane Crawley, Nikki Haupt, Hayley Brockwell or Pip Sanford.  We will work with you to draft your CV and take time to discuss your career aspirations, location, pay, job history, likes, dislikes, hours, achievements, qualifications, direct client experience, staff management experience, knowledge of DB,DC, GPP, AE, trust based or retail. 

We are always working on a variety of different jobs and keeping in contact with our clients, so when you register we will be able to give you an honest appraisal of the current jobs market in the pensions and employee benefits industry.

Our approach is highly professional, we don’t want to waste anyone’s time and will only consider companies where we believe there is a real chance that you will be considered for interview, or the hiring manager has a genuine interest in someone with your skill sets.  We know that there is no benefit in sending a DC Administrator to a DB vacancy unless there is scope for re-training within the job.

When you are selected for an interview we will obtain all the information to help you research the company and prepare yourself. We will confirm where, when and with whom, try to arrange parking and be available if you wish to discuss the interview in more depth.

We will discuss the feedback between all parties and when you are offered the position our Consultants will obtain the details you require to help you make that important decision to accept or in some cases decline the job.  We will help you to resign and ensure you are ready for your first day, keeping in touch whilst you settle into your new work environment.
