The Data Solutions team works with UK pension schemes to unlock the potential in their data in order to achieve their strategic aims. From compliance to de-risking, through audit, cleanse and construction projects, they pride themselves on offering unique, market leading solutions and consultancy to their clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Working directly with the Head of Data Sales and existing client teams you will generate, pursue and win new data projects, develop a wide network, both internally and externally to promote the Data Solutions business. Other duties will be to create, maintain and proactively update sales and marketing collateral for internal and external purposes, support the creation of compelling responses to tenders and proposals, maintain a database of leads and use your own initiative to take proactive steps to follow up on new business leads.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you will be a confident communicator who is comfortable liaising with stakeholders and clients at all levels and a confident communicator of complex or technical issues relating to UK pensions member data to a broad audience, have an aptitude for creating clear and impactful written explanations of complex data matters, bringing the subject to life. The ability to identify a client's needs, create relevant solutions and articulate the value proposition and demonstrable a knowledge of and experience of working with UK defined benefit pension arrangements. Experience in developing pricing and scoping models, standardising material and monitoring MI to feed back into future projects, experience in data auditing, data cleanse, GMP or de-risking projects and experience in public speaking
