One of the major firms within the Auto-Enrolment market is seeking a Service Controller to join their expanding and busy team.
Your main responsibilities will be to conduct routine reviews of customer service outcomes to demonstrate effective process and controls, address emerging issues and or trends, embed a set of key system and process controls to ensure adherence with master trust agreements and regulatory supervision regime, respond to technical queries from Customer Services, the customer or regulator.
You will support technical processing in order to satisfy regulatory obligations, use observation of results and trends to inform and develop the competency of others within Operations and drives best practice. You will also trouble-shoot and educate following observation of activity and trends, build and maintain relationships across a broad network of operations.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience of working in an Auto-Enrolment environment. Knowledge of DC pensions regulatory obligation in relation to technical processes is essential. CF1 and preferably CF4 or alternative relevant pensions qualification and have professional and accountability, projects credibility.
