Our client is a boutique private client firm offering a range of services to businesses and individuals. We are seeking a family solicitor with 7+PQE in private client children and Family matters to take over a caseload of files.
We are seeking someone who is looking to really make a name for themselves, and ensure that client services are achieved at a high level to ensure ongoing business relationships are maintained and for recommendations. As a fee earner you will have a dedicated paralegal and work will include:
- Divorce & Financials
- Children to include abductions and contact disputes
- TOLATA
- Special Guardianship
- Post and pre-nuptial agreements
To be considered you will have advocacy experience, and also consider collaborative outcomes to work in your clients' best interests. Ideally a family accreditation is desirable but not essential, and a motivation to be part of this firm's ambitious plans for growth.
The salary is highly competitive and the firm offer good benefits and holiday that increases with length of service as well as hybrid working to attract someone who may not be local to the area.
