Growing law firm in Bedfordshire have opportunities in their established residential property department for an experienced Solicitor/FILEx/Licenced Conveyancer with at least 1 year PQE to join their busy team. The successful candidate will take on a full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters, to include Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity and Lease extensions.
The property team are comprised of highly qualified and experienced staff who have consistently gained excellent reviews from clients and continue to work from established relationships and on a referral basis. You will assist in driving forward a resilient property team by using your effective marketing and business development experience.
