Responsibilities to work on a mixed caseload of:
Commercial and insolvency disputes
Director and Shareholder disputes
Contractual disputes
Requirements:
You will be well organised and able to demonstrate good time and file management
Show a commitment to read around various areas of law and litigation practice in your own time to build upon knowledge on a rolling continuous improvement basis
