Working in a team of 7, you will have support from a trainee/paralegal enabling you to fee earn and have time to develop your own caseload. Currently the firm are seeing an increase in enquiries that they are having to turn away whilst they seek an additional fee earner for the department.
The work will be a mix of plot sales from local developers, general commercial builds such as shops, restaurants and offices with the work being typically around sales, leases and rent reviews, representing both Landlords and Tenants.

There is a very competitive salary and 20% bonus linked to financial performance based on 3 x salary. There are also a number of incentives to the benefits package, including 25 days holiday, hybrid home working with laptop, phone and two screens as well as a transparent career path to Partnership.
