We are seeking a Family Solicitor who will get involved in a broad remit of family law, providing a diverse and interesting caseload with a chance to inherit an outstanding client list.
The family department take pride in providing expert advice to their clients and the team cover all aspects of private family matters, to include:
- Divorce and separation
- Cohabitation
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Financial agreements
- Private children matters
You must have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to handle sensitive cases in a pragmatic and practical way.
