Our client undertakes contentious matters for a mixed caseload of clients and you will manage your own established files to include a variety of work. The position comes with paralegal support and you will take responsibility for signing off and at times drafting defence documents, witness and respondent statements. You will be a natural communicator, keeping clients updated on matters to include:
- Lease Extension and breaches
- Enfranchisement
- Right to Manage
- Disputes to include property Service Charge, neighbour and Partnership
- General Debt Recovery
- Possession Claims
- Enforcement
The position can be available at NQ - 2 years and also at a more senior level for someone seeking a managerial position to supervise and mentor a paralegal team and assist in their development and also review their work.
