Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join this successful private practice and the team are expert in providing fresh ideas to commercial property transactions. The position offers plenty of opportunity to undertake development with existing clients and new ones.
You will work unsupervised on a mixed caseload, including HNW West London clients across several sectors, including developers, retail, banks, finance houses and lending institutions. You will be experienced in site acquisition and development, drafting and negotiating leases, lease renewals and property disposals and be comfortable to discuss complex issues.
This is a non-contentious role where you will offer clients solutions, fresh ideas, commercial and cost effecting advice and high-quality services. Experienced in a client-facing position, you will take direct responsibility for your clients and their legal needs.
The position comes with secretarial and paralegal support as well as mentoring to trainees who will work in the department from time to time. There is a good CMS, and if you do have staff managerial experience this will be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite as the role is very much a fee earning position.
