On joining this very experienced litigation team, you'll gain great exposure, boosting your prospects as you work on an exciting caseload. The team are progressive, modern and agile in their approach and you will handle a diverse range of matters relating to all aspects of Dispute Resolution, including:
- Landlord and tenant litigation (residential and commercial)
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Cases based on breach of contract and tort
- Construction
- Neighbour and boundary disputes
- Harassment and injunctions
- Debt recovery, insolvency and professional negligence claims
- Contentious probate
You will be 5 PQE+ with prior experience of handling dispute resolution work and you should have exceptional negotiation and communication skills backed by excellent technical knowledge.
