This is a great opportunity for a Flex Administrator to join this established independent Consultancy, were you will manage your own clients and be part of a busy Flexible Benefits team. Being the first point of contact for clients and employees via telephone, email and in writing you will take on responsibility for all day-to-day and ad-hoc enquiries. Main duties will be the maintenance of client's benefits platforms to ensure data remains accurate, examining for accuracy monthly invoices from benefit providers before distributing to client and data processing, including data manipulations and because of these we are seeking someone who can demonstrate key spreadsheet skills, and the ability to ensure benefit choices are executed efficiently and accurately. To be considered for this role you will have experience in flexible benefits in an Employee Benefit environment, good communication skills and enjoy being part of a team.
