Working for a modern Family Law Firm you will be a Head of Department leading a team of 6 private family fee earners and support staff all at different levels of their careers. We are seeking someone with at least 10 years PQE in Family matters who is able to manage their own casework to include advocacy.
Your team will manage their own cases, some under your supervision, and will look to you for guidance, development and at times training, therefore you will share your complex cases to enhance your team's skills and experience further. The firm have a bespoke CMS and automated systems to support home working, enhanced compliance and reduction in risk.
