Our client is seeking a Family Solicitor who can work across a mixed caseload of public and private family matters. We are seeking a fee earner who can work collaboratively in a team environment and bring leadership to support staff. The work will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy
- Co-habitation
- Children matters
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic violence
It is essential you are experienced in dealing with Legal Aid matters and you should be experienced within Family Law work, Social Services & Childcare Proceedings, Care, Child Arrangements and Ancillary Relief.
