The wills, trusts & probate team are one of the most experienced in the region and they are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor to become a crucial part of a credible team of specialist trust solicitors.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to have considerable autonomy whilst being able to work collaboratively with the wider team across Hertfordshire Greater London and surrounding areas.
In this role you will manage your own cases, and give advice on all areas of contentious trusts and probate. You will deal with executors and trustees in making a claim, be involved in challenging Wills, manage Inheritance Act claims as well as court of protection and power of attorney disputes. You will have the opportunity to attend industry events, but involved with writing articles to raise yours and the team's profile to develop your network and build long term relationships to gain new business.
We are seeking an experienced litigator able to demonstrate skills and strong knowledge of contested trusts and probate and a good understanding of the Inheritance Act.
