An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading Lexcel Accredited firm in North Hertfordshire for a Private Client Solicitor to join the team. The candidate will be joining a growing firm who are committed to developing their staff to help them progress through the firm and ensuring a great working environment.
You will be the sole fee earner within this office but closely supported by two Partners from the firms other premises. The ideal candidate will therefore be a minimum of 3 years PQE and confident in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Our client is very interested in candidates who have specialist estate planning and tax knowledge; although specialist knowledge in other areas of private client areas would be considered as well. You will be expected to provide sound advice on wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, trusts and court of protection work.
As a Private Client Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload which will include, but not limited to:
- Tax and estate planning
- Trust
- Probate
- Wills
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Court of protection
