Pensions Manager & Secretary to the Trustees - Warwickshire

Your role will be to advise, maintain and develop all aspects of the organisations DB and DC pensions' arrangements. To act as Secretary to the Trustee and advise the Trustees and the Senior Management team on all pension related matters, in collaboration with professional advisers, ensuring the pension arrangements comply with legislation and best practice. This will involve relationship management of the Third Party Administrators and Advisers and to co-ordinate and facilitate the effective delivery of Pensions Projects. This is a role that will suit an individual who is working either as an In-House Manager or as a Consultant and who can demonstrate experience in working with Trustees at Board level, acting as Secretary to the trustees, monitoring investment performance and implementing a clear pensions' strategy. APMI or equivalent is essential. This role will be full time initially with the view of this being reduced to 4 days a week after 12 months.
