With more than 8 years PQE, we are seeking an experienced legal professional who can engage with a variety of City based clients, some international and provide legal services across a range of high value corporate transactions. As a senior member of the team, you will have leadership qualities and motivate the team around you and be a collaborative member of the well-regarded Corporate and Commercial Department.
Requirements:
- Experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals and other forms of corporate transactions, including management buy-outs and company re-structuring
- Proficient in all Companies Act related matters
- Experience drafting shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements and other types of business agreements
- Specific experience in corporate lending transactions is preferable
- Team support in more commercial drafting and advisory work
